Backstory: How Research Papers in Economics Get Made
Backstory is a deep dive into the behind-the-scenes process of economic research, unpacking the hidden journey from a paper’s conception to its publication. The podcast was conceptualized by Paul Niehaus and brought to life by UCSD graduate students, with the goal of giving voice to the stories that academia often leaves untold.
I co-host the show together with Riccardo Di Cato, Aakash Bhalothia, Santiago Cantillo, Precious Fasakin, and Mikey Jarrell.
